Francesca is TRANSFORM Program Leader at the End Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) in Australia. She leads a research portfolio designed to transform unavoidable food waste into valuable new products. Francesca recently undertook a Churchill Fellowship to travel globally to investigate upcycled food opportunities.
