Costa Casiou is an infrastructure project delivery and investment specialist who brings 15 years’ experience across a diverse range of sectors. He has held senior client, consultant and constructor roles leading and managing the planning, design and delivery of major projects, capital programs, maintenance works and shutdown events. Complimenting his project delivery expertise, Costa provides market sector intelligence, investment due diligence and M&A support at a corporate and portfolio level for financiers, asset owners and developers as a subject matter expert. 

He established SPINFRA ("Square Peg Infrastructure'') in 2023 to support the demand and growth of capital infrastructure development, management and investment throughout Australia across the transport, water, renewables, energy, ports, oil and gas, and mining sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Adelaide.
